"This was the first time to purchase a Harley, and the Gilbert Dealership certainly made it one I won't soon forget. They made us feel that we were the only ones purchasing a Harley that day. Larry Gilbert, Larry Burns, and Amanda McNabb treated so well that when we want to buy another bike we will certainly drive the 50 miles to get there. They went over and above what any other dealer local to us would have done.

"My only comments would be that i think this dealership is breaking all the stigma that goes along with Harley dealers...I mean that in a good way too. I called and spoke to Larry Burns for about 2 minutes and told him what i was looking for and how two other dealers have mislead me already and how I was not sure i wanted a Harley afterall, he took my name and number and told me what he could get for me how fast and an out the door price..and he meant it and he followed up with me. i bought that 2007 RG from Larry 5days later..thanks Larry. I also think that Paula in parts is great, takes her time and walks me thru my parts question, even though im sure she gets a lot of the same newbie questions everyday, kudos to Paula..I will recommend anyone looking to do HD business to Gilbert's HD.."

"I checked around and took my time shopping for my bike. Out of all the dealers around Gilberts Harley Davidson was by far the best and the most helpful in taking care of all my needs. My sales man Larry Burns was outstanding. He went out of his way for me. He ordered a seat to try and found a bike lowered to sit and ride to be sure that I could handle it and would be totally happy with what ever bike I was to choose. It took me months to decide what I wanted. I decided on my Ultra, and Larry made sure it was fitted to meet all my needs. When Mr. Burns was not there on a trip or two checking it out, Larry Gilbert was very kind and helpfull along with their entire staff. It is a family enviroment, and everyone goes out of their way. I not only bought a bike I truly love, but I have made a very dear friend, Larry Burns, and the rest of Gilberts emp. "This dealer is above all the best to deal with. I bought my `03 Sportster Custom from them, and won't go with another dealer for my next bike, service, parts or accessories. They make you feel right at home, forget friends, you're family here. I have recommended them to anyone who asks where to go for a bike, it's worth the drive from anywhere.
